Gt3 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the gt3 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below. Last updated: 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the gt3 platform (including the website, mobile application, and all related services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the gt3 platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and gt3 as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms.
The gt3 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. gt3 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account while verification is in progress.
2. Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to register only one (1) account on the gt3 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. gt3 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected on your account.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your password and login credentials confidential
- Ensuring no other party accesses your account without authorisation
- Notifying gt3 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation
- Ensuring all personal information in your account is accurate and up to date
Gt3 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
3. Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the gt3 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to hack, modify, or disrupt the platform's systems or security
- Spreading false or misleading information about gt3 or our platform
- Engaging in any activity that may compromise the integrity of games or the betting system
- Using the platform for any fraudulent or unlawful activity
- Providing false information during registration or the verification process
- Colluding across multiple accounts to manipulate game outcomes
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and gt3 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending further investigation.
4. Payment Information and Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the gt3 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made using locally available payment methods, including online banking, e-wallets, and bank transfers. The list of accepted methods is subject to change and will be displayed in your account's finance section.
Users are responsible for ensuring that:
- The funds deposited are their own and from a legitimate source
- The withdrawal method used is in the same user's name
- Any minimum or maximum limits set for deposits and withdrawals are observed
Gt3 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering. In such cases, gt3 may require additional documentation before allowing the transaction to be processed.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and internal verification processes. gt3 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
The gt3 platform, including all content, design, logos, trademarks, software, and related materials, is the exclusive property of gt3 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any part of the platform's content without explicit written consent from gt3.
To the extent permitted by law, gt3 shall not be liable for:
- Any financial losses incurred through use of the platform, including betting losses
- Platform disruptions or unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control
- Data or information loss due to system failure
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform
The gt3 platform may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for user convenience only. gt3 has no control over the content of such third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.
6. Account Policies, Changes to Terms, and Applicable Law
Gt3 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or for reasonable operational reasons. Where an account is closed due to a user violation, gt3 is not obligated to return any account balance while an investigation is ongoing.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the gt3 support team. Any valid account balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once verification is complete.
Gt3 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.
